Street art and tagging are often associated with vandalism,
resulting in many emerging artists remaining anonymous
despite contributing to the cultural identity of urban
environments. inkD is a public platform that creates a pathway
for artists to express thgemsleves in order to gain public
recognition. Through council-supported installations, digital
interaction, and community participation, inkD transforms
public space into a platform where artists can showcase
their work, audiences can engage with local creativity, and
emerging talent can gain visibility and recognition.
